We are excited to welcome our new 6th Grade Panthers to the Pack on Wednesday, August 14, 2024! Students in attendance will participate in campus tours, activities, games, and much more. Join us for this fun orientation day before school starts!

Zero Period for All Students:                                                                  
Zero period is intended for students with an impacted schedule. Some students with an impacted schedule are in programs such as: 
  • Special Education
  • English Language Development 
  • Math and English Support 
  • Dual immersion 

Keep in mind:
  • Zero period is a request, but not guaranteed
  • Bus transportation is not available
  • Zero Period Contract is required
 
Mandarin & Spanish Immersion & AVID students:
Your language or AVID class is your 1st choice elective and will be placed on your schedule.  If you are interested in a 2nd elective, you will need to take a zero period class. Zero period is not guaranteed and transportation is not provided. Please mark zero period and select you elective choice(s). If you are not interested in a 2nd elective, please only select the "I am a MIP,TWIS or AVID student."   
 
School of Choice & Inter-District Transfer Students                                           
Please complete the School of Choice or Inter-district transfer application, then complete the Google Elective Choice Form.

REGISTRATION PACKET PICKUP: JULY 2024

Registration packets for students entering Newhart Middle School from schools within the district, accepted on School of Choice, and approved Interdistrict Transfers. Please check for updates for the exact times. Once the packets are available, stop by Newhart Middle School to pick up all forms needed to start the 2024-2025 school year. This event is a drive-up event. The information in the packets is to review and complete at home.

REGISTRATION DAY

On registration day, students come to pick up their schedule of classes, their student planner, textbooks and locker assignments. Yearbook pictures are also taken on this day. Please check for updates for the exact times your student should arrive for their registration.
